Meditation Tips for an Effective Workout

Working out can be both a physical and mental activity. Your mental strength is tested each time you decide to complete number of reps or increase your difficulty in training. Workouts can strengthen the body, keep you fit and in shape but it can also push you to your limits. There can be days of exhaustion when you're feeling sore and tired. It's when going to the gym can be more of a chore than a fulfilling activity. There are also days when you're just dissatisfied with results after hitting plateau. However, working out shouldn't be an activity to be stressed or anxious about. It should be a time to foster a mind and body connection for a more efficient workout.
