Workouts can strengthen the body, keep you fit and in shape but it can also push you to your limits. There can be days of exhaustion when you're feeling sore and tired. It's when going to the gym can be more of a chore than a fulfilling activity. There are also days when you're just dissatisfied with results after hitting plateau.
